Why 5.1 and not 5.5? In the last few weeks, I got a lot of e-mails why Wincmd cannot unpack RAR3 archives. Therefore I decided to release an interim update 5.1 which contains the new Unrar.dll and which fixes a lot of small problems found during the last half year. Since the big new features (RTF viewer, file comments, file system plugins) still need considerable work, I postponed them to version 5.5, which is planned for this Autumn.
